Join Our Team: Site Coordinator Extraordinaire!
Are you ready to make a difference in the lives of children and families while having fun along the way? The Gladys Allen Brigham Community Center is seeking a passionate and dynamic Site Coordinator to take our ABC School Age Enrichment Program and Summer Camp to the next level!
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 11:30am - 5:30pm.

What You’ll Do:
As the Site Coordinator, you’ll wear many hats to keep our programs running smoothly and our kids smiling, including:
Designing dynamic programs, activities and special events that excite and engage youth while supporting their growth and development.
Assisting with reporting to ensure our programs stay strong and sustainable.
Being a hands-on leader on the floor every day, building connections with kids and staff, and overseeing program activities.
Ensuring all activities and procedures meet Early Education and Care regulations.
Taking ownership of program spaces, keeping them welcoming, organized, and secure.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re searching for someone who is:
Passionate about working with kids and families and creating a positive, inclusive environment.
A natural leader with strong organizational and communication skills.
Creative, flexible, and excited to tackle challenges.
Experienced in youth programming or summer camps (bonus if you’re familiar with Early Education and Care regulations).

Pay: $16.25 - $17.00 per hour
